At RecycleSmart, we make it easy for businesses, councils and individuals to keep unwanted items in use and out of landfill through our Pickup service, powered by innovative technology and backed by full traceability.

What you'll own
You'll be the go-to person for our customers. You'll serve across three audiences: councils, businesses, individuals, and ensure every query is handled with care and speed.
Responsibilities
- Manage
all inbound requests
via email, chat, and social channels.
- Diagnose issues, find solutions, or escalate when needed.
- Document cases, outcomes, and feedback in our systems.
- Be proactive: suggest improvements to processes, tools, or workflows.
- Stay current: test new tools, recommend better ways to serve users faster.
- Collaborate with the operational and tech team to close the loop.
- Track metrics: response times, customer satisfaction, resolution rates.

- You help reduce friction in the service model.
- Your insights lead to better systems and fewer repeats.

- Prior customer-facing or support experience is mandatory (1 year minimum)
