Balloon Town specializes in delivering helium-inflated foil balloons to customers in a variety of settings, including hotels, hospitals, restaurants, corporate offices, and homes. We pride ourselves on offering prompt, reliable, and friendly service. We’re looking for a dependable and motivated delivery driver to join our team and help ensure our balloons reach their destinations with care.

As a Delivery Driver for Balloon Town, you will be responsible for ensuring that balloon orders are delivered to our customers promptly and in perfect condition. Working Monday to Friday, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our excellent reputation for same-day and next-day delivery services. You will interact with customers and be an ambassador for our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver helium-inflated foil balloons to various locations around Sydney.
- Handle balloon arrangements carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any special instructions.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring all orders are accurate before departure.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery, adhering to the scheduled delivery slots.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 25+ for van insurance purposes.
- Experience driving and making deliveries in Sydney or surrounding suburbs.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure balloon orders are delivered correctly.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
