Job Description:

As a Delivery Driver for Balloon Town, you will be responsible for ensuring that balloon orders are delivered to our customers promptly and in perfect condition. Working Monday to Friday, you'll play a key role in maintaining our excellent reputation for same-day and next-day delivery services. You will interact with customers and be an ambassador for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver helium-inflated foil balloons to various locations around Sydney.
  • Handle balloon arrangements carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged.
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any special instructions.
  • Load and unload deliveries, ensuring all orders are accurate before departure.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery, adhering to the scheduled delivery slots.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 25+ for van insurance purposes.
  • Experience driving and making deliveries in Sydney or surrounding suburbs.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure balloon orders are delivered correctly.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
