**Hybrid working environment (CBD)**:

- **Daily Rate $700 inc super/+GST**:

- **3 - month contract (rolling contract)**

The client is moving to a global model with offices in Europe, Asia and the US and this will require an increased focus on a 24 x 7 support capability and may require the Senior End User & Infrastructure Analyst to assist with after-hours on-call support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage user, group and group policy (GPO) administration in the Funds Active Directory (AD) service.
- Provide support and training to the Service Desk (Level 1) support team, ensuring that all Incidents are managed according to agreed processes.
- Fulfil escalated Service Requests, typically those that are technically complex, require in-depth knowledge, specific expertise or cannot be effectively addressed by Level 1 support or End User & Infrastructure Analyst.
- Co-ordinate with vendors to identify service restoration and resolution actions to be taken.
- Work with the Problem Manager to ensure all problems are managed according to agreed processes and within service levels. This may include representing the team in problem management forums
- Assist with IT projects as required
- Assist with other aspects of business-as-usual IT operations as required, including but not limited to hardware and software rollouts, IT asset management, etc.

**About you**:

- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change Management.
- Advanced technical knowledge, understanding and ability to troubleshoot user-facing aspects of:

- Windows 10/11 desktop environment
- M3635/Microsoft Office
- Exchange/Exchange online
- MS Teams
- SharePoint/OneDrive
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Group Policy Administration
- DNS Administration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to engage with both nontechnical and technical users.
- Ability to clearly explain, articulate and persuade.
- Collaborative, responsible, displays 'team player' attitude
- High level of attention to detail.
