**About the role**

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for the safety, leadership & supervision of operational functions and Linehaul Loading.

We are currently seeking a driven leader with high emotional intelligence that can drive accountability and performance empowering their team to be the best.

This job can be between our current main depot located in Nowra and our Sydney Yard, currently at Minto NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the safe operation of its sites, people and delivery fleet.

**This role includes but not limited to ;**
- Allocating work to drivers & subcontractors.
- Effectively communicating with colleagues, drivers & subcontractors.
- Ensuring that customer expectations are met in terms of time and quality in the delivery of our services.
- Answering and directing calls.
- Booking time slots.
- Manage compliance and company procedures;
- Foster and nurture key customer relationships

**To be suitable for this roll you must have the following;**
- Be aware of the NHVR & compliance requirements.
- Good time management skills.
- General computer skills.
- Microsoft office including excel.
- Work well within a team.
- Speak clear and fluent English.
- Knowledge of transport and metropolitan area.
