This role involves service and repair of both new and used equipment in the workshop and on site in an efficient and timely manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and fault find machinery for repair, maintenance and service
- Carrying out major services on site and field work
- Ensure that machinery is repaired and serviced in a timely manner
- Compliance with the relevant OH&S requirements is mandatory
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
- Servicing machinery under warranty

**Skills and Abilities**
- Must have accredited trade qualification in relevant industry
- Experience in earthmoving and construction industry machinery
- Sound mechanical knowledge
- Excellent customer service focus
- Efficiency and knowledge in servicing and repairs
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures
