**Who will you work with?**
You will join an agency that values a point of view. Day to day, you will work with all relevant media stakeholders to deliver exceptional campaign planning and results. This role also closely collaborates with specialist media, technology and digital partners.
You will work in a small, hardworking but easy-going team focused on outcomes. You will be part of a larger team including performance and planning & trading specialists working on a large residential and commercial property client.
The Assistant is an integral member of the team and you will not only learn media skills but develop team work and communication, liaising with creative agency, clients, and internal stakeholders. The team & agency will support you with training and development within your role, and you will also get opportunities to take part in industry training and development.
**Job Description**:
**Who are we looking for ?**
A recent graduate of media/comms/marketing with unrestricted working rights available to work full-time. You will be passionate about the industry and keen to start your career in media. You will also have some knowledge of offline media ie TV, outdoor, radio and print and also be familiar with online marketing through an internship ideally with a publisher or agency. You will be a keen multi-tasker able to work in a fast paced environment. Skills in Excel and being able to manage data would also be of benefit.
**What will your Day to Day look like ?**
- You will develop an understanding of the principles of planning and investing across all media channels including direct digital
- You will become proficient in the use & understanding of all media trading and planning tools including (but not limited to AQX, eTAM, Roy Morgan, Nielsen, eRam)
- You will help construct client reporting documents and presentations (including post analysis, WIP documents, competitive reports, market landscapes)
- You will be responsible for back end campaign monitoring including liaising with creative agencies on specs, material instructions, dub despatch, manage media deadlines and provide accurate material advice
- You will help track campaigns against determined goals and targets to understand performance of specific campaigns
- You will track all positioning and placements of media to ensure accurate delivery against bookings
- You will assists with loading all bookings, checking against the plan
- You will have a strong focus on financial management for all executions (ensure budgets match briefs)
- You will show 100% attention to detail & accuracy with all financials, budget control, account queries, loading MIs and Proformas
- You will have a high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, project, strong time management and organisation skills and be process orientated with an ability to work effectively to multiple deadlines
- You will be proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Slides,Docs and Keynote using a Mac.
