Are you a self-driven and result-focused personal selling professional passionate about advising students on various courses? We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Student Recruitment Officer to join a highly motivated Parramatta-based team.

**A typical day**

As a key team member, you will have a rewarding opportunity to progress your career within the education industry. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, is self-motivated, and is an enthusiastic 'go-getter' who likes to take responsibility.
- Recruit domestic students for courses under the guidance
- Working within a proven enquiry management framework
- Following up on warm leads and recording outcomes in Salesforce
- Executing promotional campaigns, sales forecasts, and meeting monthly intake quotas
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Working with Marketing teams/agencies for lead-generation activities
- Assist in B2B program to create a pipeline of new leads
- Maintaining collaborative relationships with Finance, Student Support, Academics, Admissions, and other business units.
- Developing new recruitment channels, such as with pathway providers, to grow enrolments

**What you need to succeed**
- Solid sales or telemarketing experience in the education sector
- Resilient self-starter with relevant diploma or degree qualifications
- Effective prospecting and business development skills
- Articulates value propositions that map back to customer pain points
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
- A team player who is organised and manages multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through on enquiries and tasks
- Coachable, eager to learn, and driven to improve
- Dependable, consistent, and honest with full working rights

**_Highly desirable _**:

- Experience and understanding of the VET Sector
- Prior experience as an education counsellor for online qualifications
- Interest in the Mental Health or Community Welfare Sector
- Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and a Student Management System (RTOM)
