Education Training and Employment Australia (ETEA)is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO), operating from over 25 years.
We specialise in courses that address current skills shortages for several industries: Automotive, Hospitality, Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Childhood Education & Care, Business, Leadership & Management.
ETEA has multiple campuses across NSW, VIC, SA, WA and NT.
**About the role**
We are looking for an Admission and Student Recruitment Office with a friendly, proactive disposition and a great work ethic to join our team. This role requires a motivated and hands-on attitude.
**The main responsibilities of this role are as follows**:
- Responding professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner to enquiries regarding courses and admission requirements to internal and external customers as well as providing administrative support to staff when required
- Maintaining student records on PRISMS and issuing CoE documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining accurate student data in the student database
- Working with the offshore team to ensure all offer letters and COE’s process on time.
- Communicating with agents.
- Communicating with other staff (recruitment, finance, marketing, campus)
- Maintaining knowledge and providing advice on course entry requirements, alternative solutions, and pathway courses for applicants who do not yet qualify for admission into their desired course.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with respect to data entry and adherence to company processes and guidelines
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong personal drive and self-motivation.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Customer-focused and able to deliver to a high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Excellent administrative, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Flexible and adaptive to change.
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, systems, and databases.

**Salary**: $51,889.73 - $62,000.00 per year
