**Penrith Serviced Offices are currently looking for a full-time receptionist to start as soon as possible.**
It is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a busy and dynamic work environment.
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, energetic person to be a part of our team. You will have a daily routine of meeting and greeting clients and managing all of our incoming calls for multiple businesses.
Computer skills essential - We use Microsoft Outlook, Zoho CRM, Desk works Booking system
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and approachable individual to join our team
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering telephone calls on behalf of our clients and taking messages
- Be reliable, proactive, and have the ability to prioritise your workload
- General accounts, expenses, casual and monthly billings preferably with experience with XERO software
- Manage and monitor invoicing, debtors and creditors
- The ability to manage accounting aspects to Trial Balance would be an advantage
**ABOUT YOU**
- Enthusiastic and energetic team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Smart presentation and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience within a serviced office setting preferred
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Vaccination Status (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
