
Office Administrator/receptionist

Styrofoam Industries is a friendly family run business and leading manufacturer of expanded polystyrene and industrial equipment.
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to organise and coordinate admin duties and procedures. A successful Office Administrator will act as the point of contact for the company's clients and vendors.
This role will include general administrative tasks with on-going training provided. You will be required to provide excellent customer service both over the phone and at reception and have effective time management skills and enthusiasm to prioritise all administration tasks.
Responsibilities in your new role, include but are not limited to:
- General reception duties
- Meet and greet new customers and visitors
- Data entry of sales records
- Assist the sales team
- Answering customer enquiries over the phone
- Processing customer invoices
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experienced in MYOB or willing to learn and adapt to new and updated software's
- Experienced in working with high volume and fast paced environments
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $41,688.97 - $76,301.94 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
