**About the role**
This is an exciting and varied marketing role, reporting to the Group Marketing Manager and working alongside the Sales and Administration teams. This role will be responsible for:

- Development and implementation of marketing strategies aligning with sales targets;
- Website maintenance and optimisation;
- Database management;
- Campaign creation and implementation;
- Content creation and social media management; and
- Administration requirements derived from all marketing activities.

**What we’ll love about you**
We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, with high levels of personal energy and creativity to inspire and guide the marketing vision across all platforms. You will have:

- Demonstrated experience in creating strategies and campaigns that achieve business outcomes and brand objectives;
- An analytical, results-oriented focus to your marketing;
- Digital marketing experience (SEM, SEO, EDM campaigns, social media marketing and Google Analytics);
- Experience in CRM management;
- Proficiency using Adobe suite and Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in website maintenance (Wordpress is preferable);
- Ability to multitask - in fact, you thrive on the fast pace;
- People are motivated by you - you set a great example in always seeking ways to do things better;
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships;
- An outstanding level of detail and accuracy;
- A flair for writing engaging and creative copy;
- A degree in Marketing or similar qualification;
- Minimum 3 -5 years of industry or agency experience;
- Management experience (preferred but not essential).
