**Job Description**:
This is a fixed term contract role as part of a Maternity Leave coverage and is expected to run for 9-12 months with permanent opportunities often available at contract completion. The role will have overall responsibility for the purchasing and supply of intercompany items to our Manufacturing Center and the Distribution Centers to match production schedules and customer requirements.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Coordination and Administration of Supply Chain activities.
- Formulate and place orders with imported finished goods from intercompany, arrange the goods distributed to the allocated DC to keep the right stock level to meet service requirements.
- Assist in the procurement of imported finished goods to meet both customer service and financial business requirements, by effectively liaising between Planning, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Technical.
- Utilize information sources such as Production Schedules, Sales Forecasts, Customer Orders, New Product Introductions, Product Transitions, Product Trials, etc to establish effective imported finished goods orders.
- Maintain data integrity in relation to orders placed, Item Master, imported finished good Costs and Supplier data.
- Establish effective Supplier relationships and assist in the development of Suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- This role is only open to applicants based in Melbourne and will primarily work from our Moorabbin Airport headquarters. You must have full working rights in Australia.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Administration, or Customer Service
- Demonstrated experience in identifying process improvements.
- MFG Pro experience
- High level of attention to detail, proven through previous work experience.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and to manage a fluctuating and sometime demanding workload.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
