Regional Relationship Manager

Job Purpose:
The Regional Relationship Manager is responsible for enhancing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention across retail, wholesale, and institutional segments. This role involves blending sales and relationship management duties to optimize outcomes for the organization and its diverse clientele. From initial engagement to post-implementation support, the Regional Relationship Manager serves as a liaison for assigned clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and optimal utilization of our product suite. Collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, and Product teams, they also drive enhancements to the onboarding process, particularly in client communication and expectation management.

**Duties**:

- Assist and guide clients through the onboarding process from sales to go-live.
- Conduct comprehensive product and service demonstrations for new and potential clients.
- Foster and maintain relationships with assigned clients, driving product adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each client, maximizing the value of our products and services.
- Collaborate with clients to define and achieve critical goals and performance indicators.
- Advocate for customer needs across departments.
- Enhance client user experience and adoption rates by identifying and implementing product enhancements.
- Identify upsell opportunities through the adoption of new features and products.
- Serve as an escalation point for relationship and expectation management.
- Analyze client feedback to identify product improvements that enhance satisfaction and revenue.
- Assist in internal administrative processes.
- Support Sales and Marketing in planning and executing client-facing engagements and activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Preferably hold a graduate degree.
- 2 or more years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, Sales, or Operations, preferably in banking or foreign exchange.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in delivering training and demonstrations.

Additional Skills will be considered an advantage:

- Proficiency in MT4/MT5 platforms.
- Knowledge of financial markets, including foreign exchange, DMA, equities, CFDs, swaps, and forwards.
- Previous experience or understanding in FinTech, FX, CFD, or equities trading companies.
