
Delivery Lead

**Purpose of the Role**
The Delivery Lead will support the end-to-end delivery of initiatives and changes while providing our customers with a seamless customer journey. You will collaborate with team members, stakeholders, vendors and the wider business to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes are delivered.
Reporting to the Head of Unified Communications, the Delivery Lead will support the Unified Communications Portfolio through the management of change initiatives utilising project governance and change management principles. These will be executed delivering exceptional service to our internal customers, minimising disruption and delivering business benefit.
**Position Accountabilities**
- Support the team to ensure clear understanding, planning, and delivery of changes.
- Monitor and identify incoming work, assess, and manage risks with contingency plans.
- Facilitate, guide and support departmental, or cross-departmental work. This encompasses preparation, documentation, communication and planning for workshops, implementation, and periodic audits of the work underway and/or completed.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with business and customer groups.
- Proactive, timely and transparent communication to stakeholders at all levels with effective escalation management to ensure a sense of urgency in delivery is maintained.
- Model high performance standards, influence teams positively, and support the company's vision and culture.
- Champion a culture of risk and compliance across the division.
- Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training.
**What experience you’ll bring;**
- Project and/or Delivery Lead experience or similar in a technology environment with evidence of successful business delivery.
- Knowledge of Contact Centre methodologies, operational principles, systems and technology.
- Execution of Risk identification and mitigation plans necessary to keep delivery milestones on track.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong emotional intelligence skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- A superior level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with adaptive planning.
- Desirable_
- Experience with Atlassian tools - Jira & Confluence.
- Experience with Financial Services & Products.
- Experience with large & complicated tech stacks.
- Knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall etc.).
- Genesys Cloud experience.
