We are seeking an experienced and highly organised **Group Executive Assistant** to provide executive and administrative support to the **Group CEO, President - Australia Division, and Members of the Australian Leadership Team (ALT).** This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting senior executives and playing a key role in ensuring seamless operations across the business.

**About the Role**:
Key responsibilities include:

- Comprehensive calendar management for the Group CEO and President - Australia Division
- Providing administrative support for Group CEO Director-related tasks both internally and externally
- Coordinating interstate and international travel for executives and broader KGF employees
- Monthly expense reconciliation for executives
- Organising and managing meetings, including preparation and distribution of agendas, presentations, action items, and minutes
- Tracking and monitoring action items from meetings and workshops
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of team presentations
- Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and workshops, including venue bookings, travel, and catering
- Managing corporate leases and overseeing head office administration
- Leading and supporting special projects as required

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Proven experience in a similar executive support role
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise across all levels of the organisation
