**Manager Intelligent Automation Engineering** to join our team in Brisbane.

You will be responsible for leading client engagements and managing a team of consultants to deliver high-quality services. You will work closely with senior leaders in the automation division to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.

**Within this role, your responsibilities and tasks will include**:

- Leading project teams and managing the delivery of technology-based solutions for our clients.
- Work closely with our team of consultants to develop end-to-end solutions that drive efficiencies, improve processes, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Responsible for managing multiple project workstreams, from scoping and planning to design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Responsible for managing client relationships and be the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation
- Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
- Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred
