A bit about your role

A bit about you

Proven ability and significant experience in managing complex HR/ER matters up to and including termination. Specifically, undertaking workplace investigations and overseeing performance and behaviour management processes.

You will have expertise in delivering pragmatic and commercially focused outcomes from complex employee relations cases, influencing and coaching leaders in sensitive employee matters.

Critical to the role is the demonstrated ability to proactively engage and work collaboratively with key stakeholders in relation to managing and progressing investigations and cases.
