Digital Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to the Digital Brand Manager and working closely with the Online Shopper & Experience Lead, this role will be responsible for the creative concepting, briefing, and project management of asset production across media, Ecommerce, and CRM channels. The role will also support strategic digital initiatives and manage the day-to-day implementation of performance and brand media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
- Manage campaign briefings to media agencies, ensuring accurate information is shared in line with timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with key creative and production stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of assets.
- Coordinate asset requirements across Digital teams.
- Attend weekly performance and planning meetings to align on priorities and ensure timely execution.
Asset Production
- Plan and concept creative assets for transactional media campaigns across CRM, Media, and Web.
- Write copy for headlines and messaging, following best practice and performance learnings.
- Oversee project management of asset delivery across channels, ensuring deadlines and campaign objectives are met.
- Join production calls to keep creative teams on track with delivery schedules.
Performance & Brand Media
- Brief media campaigns across search, social, and affiliates to deliver on ecommerce and performance KPIs.
- Manage the promotional calendar with media agencies and provide assets for upcoming campaigns.
- Support lead generation campaigns and awareness activity across OOH, TV, and Print by coordinating creative assets and messaging.
- Report on campaign performance using GA4, SA360, and Meta Ads Manager, sharing insights with the digital team in weekly performance meetings.
CRM
- Partner with CRM and Retail Marketing teams to ensure consistency across online and offline shopper journeys.
Content & Advocacy
- Brief content agencies on campaigns that support media objectives, including influencer content and user-generated content.
- Collaborate with the communications team and agencies to deliver influencer activity in line with campaign timelines.
Budget Management
- Manage budget systems for compliance and tracking.
- Raise purchase orders and manage cost reconciliations as required.
About You
You'll be highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented, with experience in digital marketing coordination or campaign management. You bring strong stakeholder management skills, an ability to manage multiple projects at once, and a passion for the beauty and luxury industry. Experience across CRM, Ecommerce, and performance marketing will help you hit the ground running.
