The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Service Coordinator / Scheduler to join our fast-paced operations team. You'll be the critical link between our customers and field technicians, ensuring service requests are actioned promptly and technicians are scheduled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules for field service technicians across Australia
- Allocate jobs based on technician availability, skillset, and location
- Communicate with clients regarding service appointments and job updates
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service requests
- Manage urgent breakdown calls and reassign jobs as priorities shift
- Liaise with internal teams to confirm parts availability and delivery timing
- Keep SimPRO or other scheduling software accurately updated
About You:
- Proven experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or coordination role (preferred in field services or trades)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using job management systems (SimPRO preferred)
- Calm under pressure and able to manage changing priorities
- Positive, solutions-focused mindset and a team player
