The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Service Coordinator / Scheduler to join our fast-paced operations team. You'll be the critical link between our customers and field technicians, ensuring service requests are actioned promptly and technicians are scheduled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily schedules for field service technicians across Australia
• Allocate jobs based on technician availability, skillset, and location
• Communicate with clients regarding service appointments and job updates
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service requests
• Manage urgent breakdown calls and reassign jobs as priorities shift
• Liaise with internal teams to confirm parts availability and delivery timing
• Keep SimPRO or other scheduling software accurately updated

About You:

• Proven experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or coordination role (preferred in field services or trades)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using job management systems (SimPRO preferred)
• Calm under pressure and able to manage changing priorities
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset and a team player
