**Job Description Summary**

The Benefits Realisation Manager, will lead the efforts to identify, track, and realise the benefits of strategic projects and programs, including those within the IGNITE program. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to ensure that anticipated benefits are achieved and aligned with business objectives. By leveraging the IGNITE program, the Senior Manager will enhance the organisation’s ability to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a benefits realisation framework that aligns with the organisation’s strategic goals, project management methodologies, and the objectives of the IGNITE program.
- Identify and quantify expected benefits of projects and programs, working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and IGNITE program leads.
- Track and monitor the realisation of benefits throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the IGNITE program’s initiatives and key priorities.
- Conduct regular benefits reviews and assessments to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and maximise the impact of the IGNITE program.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement benefits realisation plans, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs), success criteria, and IGNITE-specific benefits measures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on benefits realisation best practices, incorporating insights from the IGNITE program.
- Develop and maintain benefits realisation documentation, including benefits registers, reports, and dashboards, with a focus on IGNITE program contributions.
- Communicate benefits realisation progress and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting the role of the IGNITE program in driving organisational success.
- Identify and mitigate risks to benefits realisation, proactively addressing potential challenges within IGNITE-led projects.
- Foster a culture of benefits realisation within the organisation, promoting the importance of tracking and measurement while championing the IGNITE program’s impact.

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- 10+ years' experience prepare large transformation business case $50M+ and ROI
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong analytical and benefits quantitive analysis skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting
- Familiarity with project and program management methodologies (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Change management expertise
