Lawyer/associate General Insurance Sydney

Turks are looking for a 2 year + PAE Lawyer or Associate to join our high performing and successful General Insurance team in Sydney.

**Responsibilities**
You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters with a focus on property damage and indemnity disputes;
- develop skills in insurance law and litigation whilst mentoring junior lawyers and law clerks;
- have regular involvement and direct contact with clients; and
- appear in various courts and tribunals
**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- an academic qualification in law, with a current NSW Practicing Certificate;
- experience in defendant insurance litigation, preferably in public liability/indemnity matters; and
- excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.
In addition, you will:
- be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
- have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and
- have a desire for personal development.
