**About the role**

We are currently recruiting Associate lawyers at the 2-4 year level of experience. This highly successful, busy team is led by Clyde & Co Australia's Head of Insurance and Managing Partner Lucinda Lyons, and will expose you to first rate matters and clients.

Our insurance practice in Australia is growing rapidly. Across the country, we now have over 20+ insurance partners who spread their expertise across a range of insurance lines and industries. We are consistently called upon to help key international and local insurers and corporates with their most complex insurance claims and issues.

Clyde & Co is a fully integrated global law firm, which provides unique opportunities to work with lawyers and partners throughout our international network. Within Lucinda's team specifically, there is also regular cross-office interaction in respect to management of client files.

**About you**
- General insurance litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in building a rapport with clients to gain a better understanding of their business' needs and with the assistance of the partner, actively developing these client relationships.
