Are you an experienced** Contracts Manager** looking for a challenging opportunity in the Queensland Government? We have the perfect position for you Join our team as an ICT Contract Manager in the bustling Brisbane CBD.

As an ICT Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing contracts within the Queensland Information Technology Contracting Framework (QITC). Your expertise in ICT Contract Management will be highly valued as you lead the development of contract management plans, ensuring the achievement of desired outcomes and identified benefits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop contract management plans to achieve required outcomes and realize identified benefits.
- Administer contracts according to approved Contract Management Plans, actively reviewing and managing contract performance and key performance indicators.
- Maintain contract integrity by documenting amendments and keeping accurate records.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, delivery partners, and external service suppliers.
- Lead research, analysis, and interpretation of complex contract and operational issues.
- Proactively manage daily issues and emergent risks in a commercially sensitive environment.
- Monitor and manage risk to ensure an acceptable risk profile, contributing to overall risk management in ICT contract management.
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and correspondence related to contract matters and performance.
- Fulfill other duties as required.
- Varied experience across the public and private sectors is highly desirable.

**Requirements**:

- Expert knowledge of ICT Contract Management within the QITC contractual framework is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage contracts and achieve desired outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to navigate and excel in a dynamic and unpredictable environment.
- Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining contract integrity.
- Presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information effectively.
