We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Contracts Manager to join our clients team. As the ICT Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of ICT contracts within the Queensland Information Technology Contracting Framework (QITC). Your primary focus will be on ensuring contract compliance, achieving desired outcomes, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and service suppliers. Your expertise in ICT contract management, particularly within the QITC framework, will be crucial to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive contract management plans to drive the achievement of contract objectives and maximize identified benefits.
- Administer contracts in alignment with approved Contract Management Plans, actively monitoring and managing contract performance and key performance indicators.
- Maintain contract integrity by accurately documenting all contract amendments and maintaining appropriate records.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivery partners, and external service suppliers. Implement and manage contract performance and governance processes in adherence to contract terms and conditions.
- Lead research, analysis, and interpretation of complex contract and operational issues to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Identify and proactively manage daily issues and emergent risks in a dynamic and commercially sensitive environment.
- Monitor and manage risk to ensure an acceptable risk profile and contribute to enhancing overall risk management in ICT contract management.
- Develop and deliver presentations, briefing notes, and other correspondence related to contract matters and performance.
- Possess a diverse background and experience in both public and private sectors, which will be highly valued.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive expertise and knowledge in ICT Contract Management within the QITC contractual framework.
- Proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality presentations and written communications.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager, Certified Professional Contracts Manager) would be an advantage.
