We are currently seeking an experienced **Hard FM Operations Manager** to manage the Hard FM contract and subcontractors at the **Royal Rehab Hospital** in Putney, NSW. This leadership role will see you drive the team to understand the importance of client and customer focus and deliver end user satisfaction with the understanding of the role you play in client retention. You’ll also work with the commercial manager to manage sub-contractor invoicing requirements.

**Key Duties**:

- Monitor financial activities against budget and allocate budget resources
- Liaise with sub-contractors on all aspects of the contract inclusive of performance management and training
- Understand the scope of work required, including the contract and sub-contractor terms and conditions
- Ensure sub-contractor meets compliance with Client and Legislative requirements
- Implement and monitor a procedure for identifying and assessing Environmental Risks on site
- Establish and implement asset management systems
- Implement and manage a continuous improvement process
- Adhere to health, safety and security procedures

**About you**:

- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Experienced in developing and maintaining systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level attention to detail with strong time management
- Understanding of legal contract terms
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance programs and practices with project management experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an outsourced FM environment
- Relevant technical or trade qualification
