**About the Role**

You will have a broad array of procurement projects to lead whilst looking after interesting, diverse and varied categories of property and facilities management spend. This position will empower you to develop and deliver best practice initiatives working with key stakeholders at a senior and executive level. You will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and category management strategies to deliver optimal commercial outcomes, whilst looking after a thriving hub of properties and related works.

In short, this role manages an incredibly varied range of spend including Property, Facilities Management, Leasing, Construction, Repairs, Maintenance, Cleaning and Security Contracts for example. This is a rare opportunity to develop such a varied remit and deliver excellence measured by quality, risk, ethics, value and social environmental responsibilities.

**About You**

You will be supporting a diverse range of stakeholders and will generate credibility by demonstrating a strong grasp of commercially-minded procurement principles and the ability to communicate detailed sourcing initiatives, succinctly and clearly to a non-procurement audience. Your decisions will be founded on detailed analytics and insights and your strategic recommendations will be underpinned by objective reporting and evaluation.
