**Café Manager**

Brit's Kitchen in NORTH RYDE is recruiting a motivated, hard-working, passionate, and experienced café Manager to join its team on a full-time basis.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Overseeing the overall management and day-to-day operations of the business
- Creating and managing staff rosters to optimise operational efficiency and meet service demands
- Ability to work in a fast pace cafe whilst maintaining quality & consistency
- Greeting customers and helping them have a great experience in our cafe
- Maintaining a clean and tidy cafe
- Managing purchasing activities
- Engaging with customers to gauge satisfaction levels and implementing improvements as necessary
- Recruiting, training, and supervising both FOH and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards

As this is a long-term management position, we will only be considering local applicants and those with permanent working rights.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Sydney Hospitality: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
