**What You'll do**:

- Overview of the Global Portfolio of Projects and Programs for the Talent Acquisition organization, actively participating in the planning processes and guiding the prioritization and resourcing of new initiatives with the leadership team, TA specialists, and cross-functional customers
- Improve the methodology, systems, tools, and resources that enable the smooth intake, selection, and execution of strategic programs in the TA organization
- Mentor the TA Project and Program Managers in Project Management practices to elevate the project management standards and deliver on project work with speed and quality
- Partner with the rest of our TA Strategic Initiatives team to set up the right operational infrastructure and drive the maturity of our initiatives from launch to continuous improvement and maintenance
- Implement progress updates from the PM’s (and other relevant documents as “sources of truths”) and aggregate data and progress in Asana to report to
- Find opportunities to improve program documentation, flow, and efficiency
- Build and/or provide reporting structure, process, templates (as needed), and relevant resources for PM’s
- Proactively and consistently prepare project status updates - anticipate, flag issues and risks, and recommend mitigation plans
- Lead and maintain project documentation for the program
- Draft influential communications for senior-level leaders, key customers, team members, and PM’s

**What You'll need**:

- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience in Portfolio Management, overviewing a large portfolio of initiatives
- Experience leading a Project Management Office is helpful
- Highly collaborative and a critical problem solver
- Strong time-management skills - shown the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and balance multiple projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise communications and presentations to executive customers
- Strong listening skills to understand root cause analysis and risks to help in problem-solving
- Working experience with a PM System (Asana preferably)
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or, equivalent work experience
