**About the Role**

Key responsibilities:

- Contribute new ideas and support implementation of the communication and public relations strategy to grow brand presence and engage with wider community and external stakeholders.
- Provide advice and guidance to the wider business on undertaking internal communications to ensure our employees and the families we care for are communicated to effectively
- Support in the development of communication plans to ensure strategic organisational changes are imbedded successfully
- Writing and editing content, including social media posts, blog articles, webpages, EDM’s and marketing campaigns
- Management and optimisation of Social Media Pages/Profiles/Groups/Directories on all networks including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram

**About You**

You enjoy being productive and have a passion for turning ‘good’ into ‘great’. Because you are proactive and organised, you have a knack for helping people which makes you reliable and people trust you. You’re a problem solver - you can think outside the box and if you don’t know the answer, you have a way of finding out.

You understand how to deliver stories to an audience, and it shows in how they respond to you and your work. You have excellent writing, proof-reading and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail. You have a distinct writing flare with polish, with the ability to communicate clear, consistent messages from the brand voice. You can’t help it; you’ve always been creative.

With proven experience in a similar role, you will enjoy creating marketing and communications across multiple platforms including website, social media, campaigns, and newsletters. You have demonstrated abilities in managing multiple demands and priorities while consistently producing high quality content.
