Sportsmart is currently seeking a **Full Time** **Racquet Sports Sales Specialist** to join our team at our Moorabbin location.

**Store Location**:Moorabbin

**Role Type**: Full Time (38 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday roster).

**Departments**:Racquet sports - Tennis, Badminton, Pickleball and Squash

We're looking for a bright, active and outgoing individual who has a passion for racquet sports with a focus on all things tennis to help us expand our sporting goods and equipment business. If you are comfortable working in a fast paced team environment and meeting targets than you will enjoy being part of the Sportsmart team.

The position available will help you expand your career in retail and the sporting goods market and you will be exposed to many opportunities.

Here are some of the qualities we are looking for:

- A passion for tennis/racquet sports and general fitness especially at a community and grass roots level.
- Outgoing and energetic personality with a passion for assisting customers with their sporting needs
- Strong belief in teamwork and team development
- Excellent communication and organisation skills

Some of the experience you may have that could be useful in applying.
- Fitting of racquets (Essential)
- Re-stringing and re-gripping of racquets (Essential)
- Customer service skills
- Experience in dealing with high stock volumes in a retail environment
- Merchandising & visual presentation in detail

**This is full time 38 hour per week position on a Tuesday to Saturday roster.**

Regular weekend work is required as well work over peak retail periods including Public Holidays as required.
