**About Us**:
Grace Quality Care is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred services that empower individuals with psychosocial and other disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

We are currently seeking a **qualified Counsellor** to join our dynamic and supportive team to provide services to NDIS participants in the **Frankston and surrounding areas**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide therapeutic counselling sessions to individuals with psychosocial, intellectual, and/or physical disabilities
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
- Support individuals in achieving their NDIS goals related to mental health, wellbeing, and personal development
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and progress reports
- Provide services in-home, in the community

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Current registration or membership with relevant professional body (e.g. ACA, PACFA, AASW)
- Experience working with NDIS participants or in the disability/mental health sector
- Valid ABN (if working as a contractor)
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Driver’s License and own vehicle
- Strong understanding of NDIS practice standards and person-centred practice

**Desirable**:

- Experience with trauma-informed practice or supporting clients with complex needs
- Capacity to provide culturally safe and inclusive counselling

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Frankston VIC 3199
