**WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS OFFICER**

The role provides support to the Logistics business unit including receiving and dispatching goods, preparation of operational logistics equipment and general warehousing duties including stocktake and distribution.

You will be based at Glendenning at the NSW RFS State Warehouse, which is a 8,000sqm warehouse distributing supplies and resources to members across the state and interstate. The NSW RFS Warehouse is the central hub in logistics support to fires and other emergencies in NSW.

**Day to day functions may include**:

- Goods inward and outward processing
- Data entry, goods receipting, stock review and auditing
- Procurement activities
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Work within a team to provide best level services to our members
- Have experience using SAP GUI and Coupa Systems as well as general warehousing ICT systems
- Have experience working in an organisation that supports volunteer members and the community
- Have an understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations
- Be competent in forklift operations
- Be self driven and able to work autonomously
