FREECHOICE established in 1991, currently has over 290 stores around the country and is one of Australia's largest specialist retailers of tobacco and related products. This innovative company is at the cutting edge of retail in the tobacco industry. We are seeking a suitable Store Manager to work with a small team at our company owned store located in Northam.

Ideally, the successful Store Manager will possess the following attributes:

- Passion for customers and providing quality service
- Ability to coach and develop others
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Capable of creating a positive work environment
- Proven understanding of back-of-house paperwork (stock takes, rostering, banking etc.)
- Previous 2 years of relevant experience in leading a small team in a store environment
- Current state driver's licence

Our Store Managers are currently provided with:

- Fully paid training provided
- Stability and security

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northam, WA 6401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 2 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
