Responsibilities Oversee and supervise daily store operations. Support and develop your team to ensure outstanding service is provided to customers.
Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success.
Coach and develop team members; live, breathe and model genuine service to create moments that matter for customers.
Safety leadership; ensure the safest work environment for staff and customers.
Open and close duties as required.
About You Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step.
Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge.
Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence.
Physical capacity to perform duties (including handling heavy products).
Prioritise safety.
