Job Description

As a store operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising daily store activities. Your role will involve supporting and developing your team to ensure exceptional customer service is provided.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success. This includes coaching and developing team members, modeling genuine service, and creating moments that matter for customers.

Safety leadership is also a critical aspect of this role, ensuring the safest work environment for staff and customers alike.

Additional responsibilities include open and close duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for a step up in leadership
  • Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
  • Ideal candidates will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's license
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products
