**About the Role**
- As an Aged Care Employee at** IRT Five Islands - Port Kembla**, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your role is essential in enhancing the quality of life for our residents while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
This is a **Part-Time** opportunity to work **a mix of shifts: Mornings, Afternoon and Nights - 36 hours a week (Monday to Sunday)**.
Your work will include:

- Assisting our residents with their daily living and personal needs such as eating, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, personal grooming and general mobility
- Supporting resident participation in lifestyle and social activities

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- **Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support or equivalent** A big heart - you're empathetic, adaptable and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possibl
