**What we need**

We currently have **Casual**opportunities for skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated Extended Care Assistants, at our Port Sorell Aged Care Facility, Rubicon Grove.

As an **Extended Care Assistant**, you will have an opportunity to:

- Provide quality and person-centred care to residents,
- Adhere to an individual's care plan and their individual needs,
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure issues are reported and bring back the Care in Extended Care Assistant.

**What you bring to the role**
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (must have completed Aged Care units)
- Effective Communication
- A desire to create a positive experience for residents
