About the Role

As a Trainee Aged Care Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide care and companionship to elderly clients in a residential setting
  • Support daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, and mobility assistance
  • Build meaningful relationships that enhance the lives of the people you care for
  • Work under the guidance of experienced mentors and a supportive team

Requirements
  • Valid driver's licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Police clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Australian permanent residency
  • A genuine passion for caring and supporting others
  • Previous experience working with people (formal or informal) is highly regarded
  • Reliable, patient, and eager to learn
