**THE ROLE**

The role of the Flexible Packaging Administration Support is a newly created position and will support the Flexible Packaging Team within the Directorate of South Division and contribute to the administrative, financial and monitoring activities associated with individualised and flexible funding packages to improve outcomes for children. This role will be responsible for critical financial and administrative functions that support the planning, delivery, and monitoring of flexible packaging activity across South Division.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Provide administrative support to the Flexible Packaging team with practice consistency and quality assurance.
- Provide financial administration support to the Flexible Packaging team (payment processes, tracking expenditure, reconciling and acquittal processes).
- Provide appropriate monitoring and reporting mechanisms to measure performance and service delivery.
