**_The role: _**

We are inviting a highly experienced Iteration Manager with a passion for fostering and leading multiple agile development teams to uplift and nurture team members by supporting your direct manager with the development of the team.

As a Delivery lead, you would be playing a supervisory role while leading and coaching teams on agile ways of working, fostering continuous improvement to grow agile maturity, resilience and high performance.

You will also be setting performance and development goals with the team members, having regular 1:1 coaching session as well as providing support on a day-to-day basis.

You will be working closely with your key stakeholder groups to proactively manage demand and capacity and deliver on prioritised and approved demand, whilst minimising key person dependencies. Furthermore, you will utilise your technical as well as functional knowledge to remove roadblocks within the team, identify technical risks and communicate & escalate obstacles requiring outside resolution.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Enable teams to activate end to end digital experiences for customers, colleagues and partners, that are more secure, robust and scalable than ever before, and deliver them with lightning speed
- Bring thought leadership in your field of expertise to support the planning and execution of Technology’s strategic priorities, contemporary operating model and business plan
- Contribute to both Technology and IAG performance with insights, collaborative input and expertise that promotes value creation, innovation, managed risk, and improved performance
- Continue to develop and plan for future growth, enabling enterprise programs and managing products and services across the entire IAG estate
- Demonstrate the IAG purpose and provide leadership to staff and partners that enables, promotes and demands IAG behaviours at all times

**_We would love to hear from people who have:_**
- Proven track record of building motivated, collaborative, and productive delivery teams
- Can provide a people supervisory role across teams, managing the day-to-day people responsibilities and development and performance coaching
- Minimum 5 years practical hands-on experience as Iteration Manager or Scrum Master
- Previous project experience in core enterprise-wide technology platforms (Insurance Claims experience would be highly desirable)
- Proven agile experience within cross-functional delivery teams
- Ability to coach and mentor agile processes within the team specifically in the delivery of the technology solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience, with the ability to engage at all levels of an organisation
- Good business and financial Acumen
- Tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology or related fields
- SAFE Agile or Scrum Master Certification
