**About the role**:
The **Business Lead - Web Digital Product Specialist **is a key business & commercial interface between fund Members, business stakeholders and delivery teams, primarily focussed on delivering the website strategic roadmap for the Fund. Working collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Developers and Testers, you will play a key role in helping bring to life the vision for website.

In this role, you will:

- Oversee and lead the ongoing development, delivery, and maintenance the Fund’s website with a focus on user experience, fast delivery of value, and alignment to business objectives
- Provide deep expertise and thought leadership in designing websites
- Analyse and refine business strategy and requirements into features and user stories that deliver value to our members and our business
- Liaise with Product and Project Managers, digital leads, designer, architects, business stakeholders and technical development teams to design and deliver complex website products.
- Create, prioritise and maintain the product backlog, defining release and sprint goals and answering questions to add detail to user stories.
- Contribute to ongoing product iteration, including management of changes, fixes and optimisations, together with larger roadmap initiatives.
- Work closely with data and analytics to capture customer behaviours and help inform decisions and product development.
- Collaborate with user experience, visual designers, and agency partners, to define and create engaging and delightful customer experiences

**About you**:

- A proven track record of delivering and optimising websites to improve member experience and achieve target KPIs.
- The ability to prioritise effectively (balancing value and costs) while maintaining a manageable workload for teams, and ultimately maximising member value delivery
- Understanding of web development and capabilities including the tools & technologies required for the successful delivery of digital products and supporting technical infrastructure, including;
- Product roadmap, ticketing and defect tracking tools (e.g Jira)
- Website development platforms (e.g. Adobe product suite);
- digital engagement analytics systems
- Strong understanding of all forms of analytics & customer experience measurement systems
- Ability to identify new opportunities to enhance and expand businesses digital presence
- Strong passion for and knowledge of emerging technology, digital marketing, social media and emerging consumer trends.
- Strong understanding of digital strategy best practices and their linkages with business outcomes
