We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Retail Property Management team working onsite at Perth’s Lakelands Shopping Centre.
- Reporting to the Centre Manager and supported by our National Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive the overall success of the retail centre as well as a portfolio of neighborhood centers.

**About the role**:

- Managing and implementing a calendar of marketing campaigns and event activities for each centre
- Manage social media strategies, advertising and digital content
- Managing all marketing suppliers and agency relationships
- Measuring, monitoring and analysing of all marketing activities
- Preparation and management of the marketing budget
- Develop and execute community engagement plans and manage partnerships

**About You**:

- Qualifications in marketing and experience in a similar role within a retail centre environment will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and strong attention to detail
- Passionate about creativity and thinking differently when it comes to events, promotions and customer experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations
