Seeking an experienced finance & payroll officer for an established professional services organisation.

**Your new role**

As the Finance & Payroll Officer, it is imperative that you are able to produce accurate information to the CFO for reporting to non-financial staff to assist other functions of the businesses.
- Process monthly & weekly payroll
- Invoicing
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Daily bank Reconciliations
- Month end processing and reporting
- Assist with business compliance and sales reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience and proficiency with Xero
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to different stakeholders within the business
- Highly motivated and have the ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Able to identify issues and suggest improvements
- Adaptability across various software systems
- The ability to handle change and be agile as required

**What you'll get in return**
- $65,000 to $72,000 p.a. + Super (commensurate with experience)
- Permanent full-time position
- Central location with modern offices
