We partner with world-leading brands such as Genie, JLG, Haulotte, Dingli, Hyster, Yale, Karcher, Combilift, Aisle Master, and Agria.

We now seek a State Sales Manager to lead our Rental/Hire Access Equipment business in NSW to spearhead our next phase of growth. We offer a fully transparent, lucrative commission structure where you will be well rewarded for high performance coupled with a long career runway.

**The Role - Key Interest Points**:

- **Report to** our General Manager - Rentals.
- **Be at the forefront of driving our growth** into new and existing markets, focusing on rental sales of a whole new fleet of state-of-the-art access equipment.
- **Lead and coach the NSW sales team** to consistently raise the bar of their performance and ensure their sales pipelines are full and robust.
- **Maximise our asset utilisation and fleet expansion** with the support and backing of an established leader in capital equipment sales and rental.
- **Strike the balance between managing existing accounts and developing new business by leveraging our diverse range of access equipment.**This includes telehandlers, booms, and scissors, with access to traditional materials handling equipment such as conventional forklifts, rough terrain diesel forklifts, scrubbers, and sweepers.

Based at Seven Hills, this predominantly on-road role offers flexibility with customer site visits and work-from-home options.
