**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Contract Officer**to manage and coordinate contracts, programs, and services within our organisation. This role supports project delivery and ensures that all contracts and documentation meet company, legislative, and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, projects, and services.
- Manage documentation and records for contracts and service agreements.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and service delivery.
- Work with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and clients to meet project goals.
- Provide advice and updates to senior management.
- Monitor contractor performance and report on any changes or issues.
- Prepare reports, submissions, and project documentation.
- Analyze project data and report on outcomes and improvements.
- Assist with office accommodation and facility arrangements where needed.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in **Business, Contract Management, Construction, or a related field**.
- Previous experience as a **Contract Administrator or Contract Officer**.
- Knowledge of **contract law, procurement, and compliance processes**.
- Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and document control systems.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
