Fyshwick, Australia Sittis roofing Full time

**Details**
- Monday to Friday (Part-Time 20+hrs/week and possibly more depending on business needs)
- 3 month temporary contract with potential for extension
- Immediate start and rates negotiable according to experience

**Key Skills**
- Ability to measure, handle, deliver, and manage construction materials and tools accurately and safely across various job sites
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with site crews, suppliers, and management to ensure tasks and updates are clearly conveyed
- Physically fit and experienced in manual labor, loading/unloading, and performing hands-on site duties safely and efficiently

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Accurately conduct roof site measurements and relay information to the office team
- Liaise with site team and office team to update and submit flashing drawings or specifications
- Assist with crane lift coordination and on-site material placement
- Manage inventory through regular stocktakes, restocking, and tracking
- Receive, verify, and handle deliveries; ensure materials match order documentation
- Pick up and deliver tools and materials between suppliers, warehouses, and job sites, including returning excess stock
- Load/unload vehicles, assist with equipment setup, and perform general laboring duties such as site setup, minor maintenance, and housekeeping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in line with safety standards
- Collaborate with construction managers and coordinators to meet project timelines
- Provide regular updates on deliveries and on-site logistics to the management team

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence
- White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
- Asbestos Awareness Card
- Silica Awareness Card
- Working Safely at Heights

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Overtime pay
