One of our client companies is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive their operations to new heights in their Sydney warehouse

As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in leading their supply chain, logistics, quality control and operations team to success. You will be responsible for implementing and improving processes to improve efficiency and helping company growth while maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.

About You:

- You want to lead and manage an operations team to ensure efficient and effective production
- You love to develop and implement processes to optimise operations
- You enjoy being an integral part of a small team and want to help create opportunities for growth

**Requirements**:

- You have Supply Chain and Inventory management experience
- You are an expert with SAP
- You have excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Experience in Medical Devices preferred
