**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As Team Assistant, you will be accountable for providing quality administrative and secretarial support within the Advice Best Practice team.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Provide high-level secretarial support for meetings, functions and events including preparing slide packs, managing agendas and minute taking
- Coordinate contract execution, record keeping and review activities for the team
- Support the management of document libraries, intranet pages and Sharepoint sites

This role is available as a **full-time, permanent** opportunity.

Please note this role is known internally as **Team Assistant - Advice Best Practice**.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels with confidence and professionalism
- Proven ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks whilst working to tight timeframes
- Highly developed skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
