**The Company**:
Our client is a high performing group in one of Australia's largest financial services firms. They boast an impressive portfolio and are passionate about taking the team to new heights with the addition of an Associate Adviser.

**The Role**
The Associate Adviser role suits a career motivated individual ideally with some investment markets experience, looking to take the next step into a client facing role working in a small team where success will be shared. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, working to develop holistic advice strategies while building long term professional relationships.

This role will suit a motivated and enthusiastic professional who has experience working in a relevant investment advisory setting (as an Associate, Team/Dealer Assistant etc).

You will have a passion for markets, strong knowledge of the ASX and listed companies, and be looking for the opportunity to move into a more client facing role.

This position is well suited to an individual wanting a long term career as a Financial Advisor. In return, you will be mentored by experienced professionals who are looking to develop you over the long term.

**Qualifications**
It is essential to hold a degree in Commerce/Finance or related, as well as be RG 146 compliant or willing to obtain.
